 provider of Internet Protocol (IP) communications services, announced today
 the establishment of its new Singapore Customer Service Center.  The new
 Customer Service Center will act as a centralized point to provide
 WHEREVER.net customers in Singapore with assistance regarding all existing
 WHEREVER.net products and services offered.  The establishment of this Center
 demonstrates the commitment of the Company to enhance the quality of its
 services.
     In addition to the existing services being handled by WHEREVER.net's call
 center, the new Customer Service Center will also assist with handling various
 customer inquiries on products and services, assist with customer service
 requests, process applications for WHEREVER.net services, etc.  In keeping in
