 today the profitability and strong financial turnaround of its Taiwan Branch
 Office.  Under the new leadership of Marguerite Tsou, President of
 WHEREVER.net Taiwan, the Taiwan Branch Office posted positive gross margin in
 a remarkable one-month time frame. Gross margin for February 2001 showed an
 increase of 15% from the previous month.
     In addition to revenues growth, WHEREVER.net Taiwan has also achieved
 significant success in partnership build-up and business developments.
 WHEREVER.net Taiwan recently signed contracts with Chunghua Telecommunications
 Corp., the largest Carrier in Taiwan and Intel Microelectronics Asia Taiwan
