With Acquisition of SFO Airporter SuperShuttle Becomes the Largest Ground Transportation Company in San Francisco

    PHOENIX, April 23 /PRNewswire Interactive Press Release/ -- SuperShuttle
 International, Inc. announced today it has acquired SFO Airporter in San
 Francisco, making SuperShuttle the largest ground transportation company in
 San Francisco.  The purchase price was not disclosed.
     The acquisition of SFO Airporter completes SuperShuttle's strategy in San
 Francisco, to become the largest diversified ground transportation company in
 the bay area.  By incorporating SFO Airporters' 35 coach vehicles,
 55 mini-buses and 5 vans into the SuperShuttle system, SuperShuttle will be
 able to operate a combined fleet of approximately 200 vehicles in San
 Francisco offering a larger array of services to the convention business and
 its large corporate clients.

 market for SuperShuttle.  It was the second major city we opened after the Los
 Angeles area was launched in 1983," said Tom LaVoy, executive vice president

     SFO Airporter has been owned and operated by the Leonoudakis Family for
 over 20 years.  Jeff Leonoudakis, who has been president of SFO Airporter will
 remain at the helm of the new combined operations as Vice president and
 General Manager of San Francisco operations for SuperShuttle.
