 services company, today announced a new content agreement that will bring the
 World Book Encyclopedia to millions of AOL and CompuServe members.
     Under the agreement, World Book will become the primary general reference
 resource for the Research & Learn Channels of AOL and CompuServe.  Every entry
 from the fully updated 22-volume print set of The World Book Encyclopedia,
 plus an additional 3,200 articles and extensive media features, will now be
 available at no additional cost to AOL and CompuServe's more than 32 million
 members.  According to the 2000 America Online/Roper Starch Cyberstudy, doing
 research was the #1 online activity for respondents, with 91 percent saying
 they regularly go online to do some type of research.
