 with Fathom Knowledge Network that will place XanEdu CoursePacks into select
 Fathom online courses.  The partnership between Fathom and XanEdu brings
 together two of the most innovative online post-secondary education companies,
 and puts XanEdu's vast base of course areas at the fingertips of Fathom users.
     Beginning in April, 40 XanEdu CoursePacks will be incorporated into
 various Fathom online courses.  Designated as part of the courses' recommended
 reading lists, the CoursePacks will allow Fathom users unprecedented access to
 XanEdu's primary source materials, journals, periodical, newspapers, original
 literary works, and case studies from leading business schools around the
 world.
