 cocktail and dinner event sponsored by ZEFER and Citizens Bank. Mr. McNealy

 reception, including Bill Connell, Connell Limited Partnership; Howard Cox,
 General Partner Greylock; Alexander d'Arbeloff, Chairman, Teradyne; Cathy
 Minehan, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of
 Boston and Bob Pozen, Chief Executive Officer, Fidelity Research and

     McNealy, who was recently named by 60 Minutes as one of the most
 influential businessmen in America, spoke about the importance of using the
 Internet to manage information and drive competitive advantage.
