Zions Bancorporation Completes Acquisition Of Pacific Century Financial Corporation Arizona Branches

    SALT LAKE CITY, April 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Zions Bancorporation ("Zions")
 (Nasdaq: ZION) today announced that it has completed its purchase of the nine
 Arizona branches of Pacific Century Financial Corporation ("Pacific Century")
 (NYSE:   BOH).  These branches of Pacific Century's subsidiary Pacific Century
 Bank, N.A. ("PCB") will become part of Zions' subsidiary, National Bank of
 Arizona.  The purchase included approximately $225 million in loans,
 approximately $400 million in deposits, and the branch facilities.
