(NASDAQ: CBAT) ("CBAK Energy", or the "Company"), a leading lithium-ion battery manufacturer and electric energy solution provider, today announced that it will report its unaudited financial results for the second quarter and first half ended June 30, 2021 on Monday, August 16, 2021, before the U.S. market opens.

CBAK's management will host an earnings conference call at 8:00 AM U.S. Eastern Time on Monday, August 16, 2021 (8:00 PM Beijing/Hong Kong Time on August 16, 2021).
