NEW YORK, March 5, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- DLA Piper advised NuVasive, Inc., a San Diego-based medical device company that creates and distributes products for surgical treatment of spine disorders, in its offering of US$450 million aggregate principal amount of 0.375% convertible senior notes due 2025. NuVasive also granted to the initial purchasers of the convertible notes a 13-day option to purchase up to an additional US$50 million principal amount of the notes.
