Honor and IPP Announce a Contest on Instagram Where Photographers can Capture the Essence of the Unique Stories Across India
Honor, Huawei's Smartphone e-brand for digital natives, announced the next phase of the Honor League with the renowned photo blog, India Photo Project (IPP). As a part of this social media campaign in association with Instagram, Honor and IPP will encourage photography enthusiasts to share pictures of what they think makes their city stand out as the most beautiful in the country with its unique stories.
The Honor League, an endeavor to encourage talent across travel, fashion, photography and technology, gives digital enthusiasts an opportunity to showcase their talent to the world. A picture is worth a million words; Honor and IPP realize this and aim to provide Indian Instagrammers a chance to express their love for their respective cities through a few clicks.
A jury comprising of esteemed photographers like Sumit Dayal (Founder, IPP), Tanvi Mishra (Curator, Delhi Photo Festival), Tara Bedi (Community Partnerships and Programs, Instagram), P. Sanjeev (Vice President, Huawei Consumer Business Group) and Srinivas Kuruganti (Photo Editor, Caravan Magazine) will judge the contest and shortlist 25 lucky winners who will be a part of Honor League. These shortlisted Instagrammers will be handed Honor's Swag phone and be asked to shoot their unique stories within the indicated deadline.

To participate in the 'Hunt for India's Most Beautiful City' applicants must fill in the application form on the IPP-Honor microsite and describe their story and respective State along with details of their Instagram handle. All entries must be shared by December 23, 2016 (midnight). Results will be announced on the India Photo Project Instagram feed and Facebook page on December 24, 2016.
