Infortrend Delivers Sonnenhof Gruppe Powerful All-flash Storage for Their Hyper-V Virtualized Data Center
BASINGSTOKE, England, March 16, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Sonnenhof Gruppe, one of Germany's top providers of holistic retirement homes, entrusted Infortrend EonStor DS all-flash systems' high performance, easy deployment and full Microsoft Hyper-V support as the perfect solution to meet the storage needs of their database and email applications.
After extensively updating data center software, Sonnenhof Gruppe needed a new storage system that could deliver higher performance as well as full compatibility with its virtualized Microsoft Hyper-V data center. To fulfill these requirements, they deployed Infortrend's EonStor DS 4024B small form factor (SFF) storage system with SSD integration, which delivers end-to-end 600K IOPS, and took just two days to set up and test in its virtualized data center.
