Ayalon™-powered formulation targets key pests across the lifecycle and supports resistance management strategies

BEIJING and TEL AVIV, Israel, Sept. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- ADAMA Ltd. (SZSE: 000553), a leading global crop protection company, today announced the launch of Ravari®, a dual mode-of-action insecticide for fruit and vegetable growers in Latin America exporting their produce to the United States.

Ravari® combines the complementary strengths of novaluron and CTPR, delivering two unique modes of action in a water-based SC formulation powered by ADAMA's Ayalon™ Formulation Technology. The combination provides growers with a new resistance management tool for integrated pest management programs.

Ravari® delivers consistent control of a broad spectrum of pests across their lifecycle. By targeting eggs and larvae before pest pressure builds, the product helps break the pest lifecycle early and protect crop quality and yield.

ADAMA's Ayalon™ Formulation Technology was developed to enhance the biological efficacy of water-based formulations. The technology improves spreading, rainfastness and penetration, supporting superior performance while reducing reliance on organic solvents.

"Fruit and vegetable growers today require highly efficient solutions that not only protect crop quality but also support resistance management and meet the stringent demands of export markets," said Sandeep Sandhu, Head of Global Insecticides at ADAMA. "Ravari® was developed precisely to address these needs – interrupting pest lifecycles at an early stage, delivering reliable and consistent control, and ultimately enabling stronger crop performance and improved grower profitability."

Ravari® is designed for use across a wide range of fruit and vegetable crops, offering broad-spectrum control of chewing pests and other key threats. It is recommended for application from flowering through to pre-harvest, with flexible tank-mix compatibility and a one-day pre-harvest interval for crops such as tomato, cucumber, pepper, and avocado.

Field trial data demonstrate consistent efficacy across multiple crops and pest scenarios, with strong performance compared to competitor products and reliable control that helps protect yield and grower profitability.

Commercial sales of Ravari® will begin in September 2026.
