MIGDAL HAEMEK, Israel, Feb. 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Camtek Ltd (NASDAQ: CAMT) (TASE: CAMT), announced today that its Board of Directors nominated Lior Aviram as Executive Chairman of the Board, effective June 1, 2025, subject to shareholder approval.
With over 30 years as a leading legal counsel to Israeli and global technology companies and deep knowledge of the Israeli and global tech ecosystem and capital markets, Mr. Aviram brings extensive experience in strategic transactions, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, proven managerial experience in managing one of Israel's leading law firms, and immense board experience.
