ChemChina’s Retiring Chairman Ren to be Replaced by Its New Chairman Ning on ADAMA’s Board of Directors

Global crop protection company ADAMA (SZSE: 000553), the combination between Adama Agricultural Solutions Ltd. ("Solutions") and Hubei Sanonda Co., Ltd. ("ListCo") (together, "ADAMA" or "the Combined Company"), announced that following the retirement of Mr. Ren Jianxin as Chairman of ChemChina, and the appointment of Mr. Ning Gaoning as its Chairman, Mr. Ning has been nominated to join ADAMA's board of directors (boards of both ListCo and Solutions), awaiting shareholders' approval.

Mr. Yang Xingqiang, President of ChemChina, continues in his role as Chairman of ADAMA, alongside  ADAMA's other board members.
