A component study of the independent review by Aon found $5,077 in annual savings and 23.5% fewer inpatient discharges per Dario user with type 2 diabetes versus matched non-users

Evaluation of 17 studies estimates $3.8 million to $10.8 million in annual savings for a 20,000-life population

Aon estimates an additional 1.6 to 2.8 percentage points of potential healthcare cost savings as a result of providing direct access to physicians while simultaneously managing multiple chronic conditions, for potential total of 10% annual savings

Independent analysis finds that evidence supports the economic value of Dario's multi-condition digital health platform for payers including employers, health plans, health systems and accountable care organizations (ACOs)

NEW YORK, Oct. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- DarioHealth Corp. (NASDAQ: DRIO) (the "Company", "DarioHealth" or "Dario"), a leading AI-powered healthcare technology company transforming the management of chronic conditions, today announced the results of a review titled "An Independent Review of Evidence Supporting DarioHealth's Clinical and Cost-Savings Impact" conducted by the Managed Care Services Team of Aon plc ("Aon"), a leading global professional services firm.

Based upon its review of data provided by Dario and published studies identified by Dario, Aon's Managed Care Services Team concluded that the evidence reviewed supports an estimated reduction in total healthcare costs of 2.5% to 7.2% annually across a covered population – measured against total healthcare spend, not only the spend of program participants. For a representative 20,000-life population, that is roughly $3.8 million to $10.8 million a year, depending on disease burden and other factors.

From its analysis of the materials reviewed, Aon concluded that the estimates may be conservative because they exclude two elements of Dario's current service model: management of multiple conditions and providing access to physicians. Aon estimated that these factors may contribute an additional 1.6 to 2.8 percentage points of healthcare cost savings.

The estimate rests on data provided by Dario and Aon's evaluation of 17 studies identified by Dario spanning cardiometabolic, musculoskeletal and behavioral health, including independently conducted research as well as Dario-sponsored studies. Aon observed that the results reported in the reviewed studies were broad and consistent across the identified clinical, behavioral, utilization and cost measures.  The evidence portfolio includes real-world studies using propensity score-matching methodologies together with randomized controlled trials conducted by Dario and third parties. Based on the materials reviewed, Aon concluded the evidence supports an association between Dario's services and meaningful clinical, financial and utilization improvements, and that the observed effects may be generalizable to real-world populations.

"Self-funded employers, health plans and risk-bearing providers, including ACOs, are being asked to cut healthcare costs this year, not in three years" said Erez Raphael, Chief Executive Officer of Dario. "Aon reviewed the data and studies we provided and concluded that the evidence reviewed supports an association between Dario's services and meaningful clinical and financial outcomes in real-world settings.  We believe these findings further demonstrate the value of Dario's approach to chronic condition management."

Important Limitations of Aon's Review

Aon's review was limited to published data, studies, and other materials identified or provided by Dario. Aon did not conduct an independent verification of underlying data, audit the studies, or evaluate all available evidence relating to Dario's services. Aon's conclusions are based solely on the materials reviewed. Outcomes for individual organizations will vary based on their populations, utilization patterns, disease burden and other factors. Aon's conclusions are not a prediction or guarantee of future results and should not be construed as a guarantee of any particular outcome for any specific customer.
