Eviation Aircraft Ltd. Announces Special General Meeting
KADIMA-TZORAN, Israel, July 3, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Eviation Aircraft Ltd. today announced that a Special General Meeting of the Shareholders will be held on Thursday, August 15, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. Israel time, at the Company's offices at 2 Ha'Ofeh Street, Kadima-Tzoran, 6092000, Israel. The record date for the meeting is set for July 9, 2019.
The agenda of the meeting is as follows:
- To approve a reverse split of the Company's ordinary shares of no par value at a 1-for-2,550 ratio, and effect a corresponding reduction of share capital and amendments to the Company's Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association.
Only holders of record of Ordinary Shares as of the close of business on July 9, 2019 are entitled to notice of and to vote at the Meeting.
