Oramed Granted Japanese Patent for GLP-1 Analog Capsule

(NASDAQ: ORMP) (TASE: ORMP) (www.oramed.com), a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company focused on the development of oral drug delivery systems, announced today that the Japanese Intellectual Property Office has publicized its intent to grant Oramed a patent titled, "Methods and Compositions for Oral Administration of Exenatide." The patent covers Oramed's proprietary invention of an oral glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) analog.
