Patna-based PR Agency Advantage Services is set to receive top honours at the Global PR Summit for the huge success of its "Tobacco Free Bihar" drive conducted last year on behalf of Cancer Awareness Society/ CTFK. The annual summit will be held at Miami in the United States of America from October 26-28.
