ALTEN Calsoft Labs, a global Product Engineering and IT consulting leader, today announced that it has acquired substantially all the Technological Software Business division of ASM Technologies Ltd. and its subsidiaries. ALTEN Calsoft Labs is a 100% subsidiary of ALTEN Group and specializes in helping global enterprises solving its business challenges with the usage of technology. This acquisition will expand ALTEN Calsoft Lab's Enterprise IT offerings, particularly in the areas of BI & Analytics solutions, Technological software and Cloud computing; adding specialized capabilities in the High-tech, Retail, Telecom, and Manufacturing verticals.
