Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Advises Indifi Technologies on 'Series C' Funding Round led by CDC Group and Existing Investors

MUMBAI and NEW DELHI, Aug. 23, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM), India's largest law firm, advised on 'Series C' fund raise by Indifi Technologies Private Limited (Indifi).

The funding round was led by CDC Group Plc. (CDC), a new investor and the 3 existing investors, Accel, Omidyar and Elevar, also participated in this round, by way of subscription to fresh shares of Indifi. The amount invested aggregated to INR 145 crores.

The General Corporate team of CAM undertook legal vendor due diligence and advised on the transaction, which included review, finalization and negotiation of transaction documents, including the Share Subscription Agreement, Shareholders' Agreement, Angel Agreement and Employment Agreements. The transaction team was led by Akila Agrawal, Partner; Megha Bhargava, Partner; and included Vidya Sunderam, Senior Associate; Darshna Vyas, Associate; and Akshay Pathak, Associate. This transaction is the largest round of fund raise by Indifi.
