Darwin Labs Officially Ends Relationship With GBMiners

With recent speculations regarding the relationship between Darwin Labs and GBMiners, the former has been approached by multiple journalists in the past few weeks with respect to their association with GBMiners.

Darwin Labs would like to clarify the following regarding the same:

a) In the past, Darwin Labs has been a software vendor for GBMiners and has had no other relationship with the entity in whatsoever capacity.

b) Darwin Labs or any of its three Founders, namely Sahil Baghla, Ayush Varshney and Nikunj Jain, or any of its employees have absolutely no commercial/professional relationship whatsoever with Amit Bhardwaj or GBMiners. This implies that Darwin Labs is not even the software vendor for GBMiners.

In the past, Darwin Labs had provided software support to GBMiners but no longer offers its technological services to the latter.
