Dave Aude tops Billboard charts with his 100th #1 Hit Record
HOLLYWOOD, California, Nov. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- This represents the first pinnacle of a life's continuing work. Achieving three or four #1's is an achievement that separates a producer/remixer from the rest. So the significance of DJ, producer and remix tastemaker Dave Aude (Aweday) reaching an unprecedented 100 #1 hits on the Billboard charts cannot be understated.

Dave has produced and remixed records for platinum-selling artists such as Madonna, Beyonce, Katy Perry, Rihanna and U2, among others.
Dave's 100th chart topper is "Angel," a remix he created for Yoko Ono. Dave and Yoko have a long working relationship and he has remixed nine #1 hits for her alone. His favorite artist is John Lennon and it was an honor for Dave to make so many hits for John's soul mate. Rob Stevens, who, along with ONO, executive produces her dance material, says "Dave has been a crucial, and uniquely sensitive and skilled contributor to ONO's string of hits."
Selena Gomez has attributed the success of her own music career to Dave. As quoted, "After the remix he did for 'Naturally' I was addicted to his ability to make any of my songs BETTER!"
One of his most memorable hits was the remix of "Send Your Love" for Sting, which Sting decided to include as the final track on the album "Sacred Love."
Asked how he created so many hits, Dave said, "The key is to keep the integrity of the song intact. It's not about me. It's about the artist."
