Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai, the Inventor of Email, Settles With Gawker Media
NEW YORK, Nov. 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai is pleased to have reached a settlement, subject to bankruptcy court approval, to resolve his lawsuit against Gawker Media and related claims in Gawker Media's bankruptcy proceeding. Certain of the settlement terms are incorporated within Gawker Media's latest proposed plan of liquidation, filed today, and include a proposed settlement payment to Dr. Ayyadurai and removal of the article at issue.
