The study titled 'India's Best Companies to Work for 2016' was jointly commissioned by The Economic Times and the Great Place to Work® Institute.

This year, about 800 companies participated in this assessment. 'India's Best Companies to Work for' is one of the largest surveys in India wherein over 155,119 employees were reviewed to assess the strength and impact of organizations' people-related management practices.
