In an effort to highlight the role of both the mother and father in parenting, Himalaya BabyCare and Himalaya Mom hosted a coffee session with new parents as part of the initiative 'My Baby and Me'. Fathers and mothers have different parenting techniques and the balance they bring in contributes to the physical and mental wellbeing of the child. The child learns her first emotions from her parents which makes it important for both the mom and dad to spend quality time with the child in the early years. 'My Baby and Me' is an initiative that underlines the need for parents' involvement in baby care from an early age.

The event was organized in Bengaluru with new parents. RJ Sriram Sulia, 104 FM, was the Chief Guest at the event, where he spoke about his journey as a new parent. Mr. B. Shiv Kumar Singh, Marketing Manager, Himalaya BabyCare and Himalaya Mom, and Dr. Archana, General Manager, R&D Department at The Himalaya Drug Company, were also part of the interactive session.
