HNI INDIA CELEBRATES 'UNWORK' - THE #WORKHAPPY PHILOSOPHY

The event was attended by various corporate real estate leaders who discussed their thoughts & experiences in three separate panel discussions. The Corporate Real Estate (CRE) professionals on the first panel included Sonia Pimenta, Santosh K, Dhanya Menon Krisna, Payal Sandhu Khurana, Aruna and Naseera Razak who talked about combining flexibility in workplace design. Second panel consisted of Jayram Govandiah, Diwakar Chintala, Sonali Gupta and Vijaya Prasad Bhargav all providing extremely acute and prudent advice on workplace economics in a post-covid world. Third panel had distinctive figures like Fancy George, Shashidhar Sharma, Nirbhik Bera, Abironi and Saikrishna – all discerning their challenges & rewards with a holistic approach to workplace wellbeing.

Additionally, a podcast was recorded between Karan Sachdev, Managing Director HNI Office India and Sabina Reddy, Director, M Moser Associates, Bangalore during the event. Sabina discussed her journey and expressed her insights on how organisations are adapting to the new hybrid model. They also discussed how collaborative and social workspaces are taking more prominence in the contemporary workspace ecosystem and what the future of workplaces holds post-pandemic, amongst other things.
