Unveiling the new brand, Ashok Vemuri, President and CEO, IGATE said, "I am excited to present an all-new IGATE. IGATE recently regrouped its business units based on industry verticals and also increased its hiring rate over the last two quarters. In March 2014, the Company also announced a debt refinancing program providing for substantial interest cost savings over time.
