Intas Pharmaceuticals Announces Completion of the Sale of ChrysCapital's 10.16% Stake to Temasek

Intas Pharmaceuticals Limited, one of India's fastest growing pharmaceutical companies, today announced that Singapore investment company Temasek has acquired a 10.16% equity stake in the company by way of secondary purchase of shares from private equity investor ChrysCapital.
Intas, with three decades of progressive strategies, productive R&D, biotechnological expertise and investments in 10 advanced manufacturing facilities across the globe, has emerged as one of the fastest growing pharmaceutical organisations in the world.
