Jaipuria Group of Institutes Appoints Dr. Pankaj Gupta as the New Director General

Prof. Gupta will be leading, and providing strategic guidance, to all the four campuses of Jaipuria Institutes of Management i.e. Lucknow, Noida, Jaipur and Indore, and will be based at Jaipuria's Corporate Office in New Delhi.

A PhD in finance from Lucknow University, Prof. Pankaj Gupta comes from a blue-blooded academic background; a Fulbright Visiting Research Scholar at the Myers University Ohio & University of Washington Seattle (USA) being a part of his academic credentials. A certified Cost & Management Accountant and Fellow of ICAI, Prof. Gupta has over 23 years of academic, professional and institution building experience. Prior to taking over as the Director General of Jaipuria Group of Institutes, Prof. Gupta was the Founding Director of the JRE School of Management (set up in partnership with Educomp) and Vice President (Academic) with Educomp Raffles Higher Education Ltd. New Delhi. His earlier leadership roles include Founding Director, SIBM (Symbiosis) Bangalore. He has also been a senior faculty member at IIM Kozhikode, IMT Ghaziabad, S P Jain (Dubai and Singapore), and ICSI New Delhi, among others. Prof. Gupta's main area of teaching and research is Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Strategic Cost Management, Management Control Systems, Corporate Governance and CSR.
