The 'Women of India Leadership Summit' is a 3-day event of fun, enriching interactions, sessions and workshops, award winning international performances​ that aim to effect change in the country. 

The summit is founded by sisters Divya and Mudita Chandra and is being held at the India Islamic Cultural Centre from 18th - 20th September 2014. The summit aims to help urban women in the National Capital Region to create their own empowerment with sessions covering a broad range of subjects including learning how to manage your finances, fighting rape culture, knowing your rights, re-imaging loneliness, cultivating independence, body image, re-defining masculinity, mixed signal, intimacy,  conscious parenting and so much more. It is also the only women's summit that includes the male point of view and has special interactive sessions for men as well.

About Women of India Leadership Summit

The Women of India Leadership Summit founded by sisters Divya and Mudita Chandra will be held at the India Islamic Cultural Centre in September this year. The summit was conceived as a response to the gruesome Nirbhaya rape case that saw thousands coming together for nationwide protests against the lack of safety that led to the death of the 23 year old medical student, who was brutally raped by 4 inhuman men on a bus. The aim of the summit is that by 2020 Delhi should stop being known as the rape capital of the country and instead be the place where women have created enough safety and security for themselves by being in charge of all that helps them become independent and safe. The theme for this year is 'Invest in yourself'.
