NORWALK, Conn., Aug. 4, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- LBB Specialties LLC ("LBB Specialties") announced today that it has acquired Centerchem, Inc. ("Centerchem"), a specialty chemical and ingredients distributor based in Norwalk, CT. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
