Lynden International names Ogle Senior Director of Global Sales
SEATTLE, March 31, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Lynden International, a full-service freight forwarding and logistics company, promoted Charlie Ogle to Senior Director of Global Sales. Ogle previously was Director of Business Development for the Asia Pacific market. Based in Seattle, Ogle will work with Lynden's regional managers, executive team and strategic partners to increase international business.

Ogle has extensive experience in the transportation industry. Prior to joining Lynden in 2011, he held roles in operations and sales at Sea Land Service Inc. in Alaska, Saudi Arabia, New York, Seattle and Southeast Asia. He also held management positions at Airborne Express, DHL Global Forwarding and, most recently, as Vice President at TransNet Inc. in Issaquah, Wash. A graduate of the business school at the University of Texas at Austin, Ogle is past board chair for Seattle's Northwest Center and currently serves on the organization's finance committee.
