Vector Consulting Group Enters Into an Engagement With Mahindra First Choice Services to Build an Agile Supply Chain Using Principles of Theory of Constraints

Vector Consulting Group (VCG), the largest consulting firm in the space of Theory of Constraints (TOC) consulting in India, has entered into an engagement with Mahindra First Choice Services (MFCS), India's leading chain of multi-brand car workshops across major cities in India and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.

VCG will be the implementation partner for transforming the supply chain processes of MFCS using the TOC principles. The solution will help MFCS in improving delivery performance to its customers while reducing the overall inventory lead-time.
