Titled "Growth - Risk, Innovation, and Experience" the event focused on growth in Corporate and Commercial Banking through innovation, enhanced customer experience and robust risk management processes. The forum provided a platform for industry and subject matter experts to deliberate upon prevailing industry trends and challenges.

The conference was an enlightening experience for the audience with several takeaways. Mr. Cheikh Ndiaye, CEO Banktota LLC, with over 31 years of commercial banking experience and Mr. Harinder Pal Singh Sethi, a senior banking consultant with over 25 years of banking experience, having started his career from India's largest bank - State Bank of India, were part of the eminent list of speakers. In addition, there were also domain experts from Newgen Software sharing insights on the key drivers in the industry.
