Seth is a highly regarded industry leader who will help build on Incedo's strong list of clients, deepen its commitment to driving innovation in emerging technologies and lead Incedo in its next phase of growth.

Co-founder and former CEO, Tejinderpal Miglani, will transition to be President and will work closely with Seth as part of the new leadership team.

Previously, Seth was the Chief Operating Officer of Flipkart, India's largest E-commerce company, where he was responsible for all customer and supply chain operations, strategy to execution capabilities and corporate functions. Prior to that he was Managing Director and Country Head for India at Fidelity International, where he built a strong technology and operations team of over 2,500 professionals to deliver differentiated capabilities to Fidelity's global business. As Director of McKinsey's Global Knowledge Centre, Seth pioneered the development of Analytics and many other specialized service lines that have transformed how McKinsey serves clients. Nitin is recognized as a leader in the Indian IT, BPO and Analytics industries and has been elected twice to the NASSCOM Executive Council.
