Rustomjee Academy for Global Careers Celebrates 'World Youth Skills Day'

A famous author once said, 'You must either modify your dreams or magnify your skills' and this has been the changing face of talent development in the world today. World Youth Skills Day is celebrated globally on the 15th July every year . Every year Rustomjee Academy for Global Careers (RAGC) celebrates World skill Day pan-India by promoting and setting real examples of students who deliberated vocational education and skill development courses through the institute.
By undertaking vocational training, students are equipping themselves with a set of skills that will not only lead them to a satisfying career path, but will help them become a valued and needed member of any trade.
Vocational training is that vital tool which helps an individual to pursue their goals. Our country needs skill knowledge as it is necessary to emphasis an individual to understand once and the ability to grow in a selected field or career path. This will help them outperform in their respective trades.
RAGC believes in providing skill training which help youth by providing a sense of identity and confidence which then steers them to go beyond professional recognition.
RAGC's focus is to meet the required skill of various industries and to create gainful employment opportunities. It provides students with different choices of career and this very opportunity helps them specialize their occupation at HSC level. It gives students a chance to grow in the technical/vocational career path with a specialization. RAGC students with such skill development who took part in the Maharashtra Skill Competition, bagged 9 medals out of 14 medals. This success talks about the efforts taken by the people involved and the swiftness displayed in executing the test projects shared, with inputs based on their mentor's experience.
There are many success stories of these skill trainings that have built an impact on students' future goals. Below are a few experiences as said by students who have benefitted from the vocational training by RAGC:
