International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry in association with BRICS International Forum and AAFT (Asian Academy of Film and Television) organized a summit to discuss and execute the plan of action at a grass route level at Marwah Studios Noida Film City.

Four major countries including Russia, Brazil, South Africa and India participated in the conference. One of the major agenda was to work at the level of students and exchange of culture. In this context, the first Indo Russian Film and Cultural Forum was launched in the presence of august audience. The Parliamentarians and delegates, with great pride, nominated Sandeep Marwah as the honorary Chairperson of the forum.
"We are part of history when Indo Russian Film and Cultural Forum is being launched. I must suggest that sports should also be part of the same," said Tatyana Romanovna Lebedeva an Olympics Gold Medallist and member of Senate from Russia.
"The strength is in the unity; we all together can do wonders under the leadership of Marwah. Let's support him to work for the two nations," said Gregory V. Petushkov Chairman of the Association of Public Associations, National Council of Youth and Children's Association of Russia.
Roman Sergeyevich Chukov, Chairman of the Board at the Russian Centre for Promotion of International initiatives, Maskim Andreevich Belov, Member of Parliament and Valeria Dubravina, Government Officer and Pavel Olegovich Dorofeev, Member of Parliament were also present there.
Nelli Sergeevna Kudriavteeva - Member of Parliament; Ekaterina Nikolaevna Zinovkina - Vice Chairperson Municipal Council, Petrovsky District Okrug, St. Petrsburg; Evgenii Petrovich Mangul - Member Council, Gagarinsky Municipal Council of Sevastopol and Nikolai Nikolaevich Vladimirov, Deputy HeadCity of Cheboksary also joined the forum along with Poornima Anand - President of BRICS International Forum.
Iuliia Afanaseva, Chief Executive Officer - Centre for Socio Culture Initiatives; Zoya Poymanova, Executive Secretary Member of the Presidium of the Advisory committee of the council Federation of RF Federal Assembly and Tatiana Bushkova, Development Director Vesna Charity Foundation Moscow and St. Petersburg supported the idea in a big way.
Immediately after the formation, Sandeep Marwah announced Students Exchange Programs, Faculty Exchange Programs, Festival of Films from Russia, a scholarship for the deserving student from Russia, joint ventures as far as short films are concerned and a promise to highlight the visits of important people from Russia. "We are ready now to work for this forum and as per our commitment we will take Russian Embassy in New Delhi in our confidence," said Sandeep Marwah.
The delegates from South Africa also honoured Sandeep Marwah for his contribution to Indo South African Relationship. Later Marwah presented life membership of World Peace Development and Research Centre to all the delegates.
