After two stints and a significant contribution at stabilizing the business of AGC, bringing in a framework of processes and ways of doing business, closely aligned with the OEM fraternity, AGC's MD & CEO, Anil Nair, has decided to move on.
Sanjeev, who is a member of the Board of Directors of AGC Networks, has spent 6 years with the company significantly contributing to the stability of AGC's international operations over the last 18 months. Prior to that Sanjeev was responsible for AGC's operations based out of India. His international stint has created the required stability of the company's overseas operations and business, and the international operations are now cash generating and profitable. The drivers of AGC's international footprint have been organic growth and inorganic acquisitions.
Sanjeev will continue to be supported by Amal Thakore, CFO, AGC Networks. Amal's relevant and dynamic experience in the space will continue to be a pillar of strength for the organization to meet its goals.
Sanjeev is a technology veteran with over 21 years of extensive global experience in the ICT Domain.
Earlier, Sanjeev has held senior management roles in India and overseas and used his entrepreneurial and leadership skills by playing an instrumental role in starting up and establishing companies.
