Sankalp Semiconductor Announces New Members on its Board of Directors

Sankalp Semiconductor Private Limited, a leading analog mixed-signal services and solutions company from India, today announced the appointment of Mr. Kishore Patil and Mr. Mahesh Jadhav as its new Board members.

Kishore Patil is the co-founder, Managing Director & CEO of KPIT Cummins (BSE: 532400; NSE: KPIT), a leading product engineering and IT consulting partner to global manufacturing, automotive and energy and utilities corporations. Under Kishore's leadership, KPIT Cummins has grown from being a small startup to one of the world's largest and most recognized engineering services provider.

Mahesh Jadhav is a seasoned Strategy Executive with deep expertise across hi-tech and telecom verticals. He is based in the US and is currently the Global P&L Head - Communication, Information, Media & Entertainment for Cognizant Business Services. Prior to this, he has served as a Strategy, Scale-Up, and M&A advisor to VC firms and Fortune 1000 companies in North America and Asia. He has had a very successful stint at large consulting firms such as Accenture and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mahesh served as the COO of Panex Consulting, a US-based  boutique technology startup which was acquired by KPIT Cummins. Mahesh holds a Masters from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
