SRKay Appoints Vinit Teredesai, Ex-Global Head of Finance HSBC GLT's, as Advisor for its Global Ventures

SRKay Consulting Group, a venture of the multi-billion dollar SRK Group, announces the appointment of Vinit Teredesai, ex-Senior VP and Global Head of Finance, HSBC GLT's, as the Advisor Finance. He would be advising the Group in the areas of strategic global expansion, value measurement, pricing strategy, financial discipline and M&A for streamlining the growing global business operations for the group's ventures.

Vinit joins as an Advisor to SRKay Consulting Group from HSBC India, where he was the Senior Vice President - HSDI and Global Head of Finance GLT's. Vinit is a seasoned finance professional, having 23 years of experience spread across technology and manufacturing sectors. Prior to HSBC, he has also worked with companies like SunGard, Cognizant and Bajaj Auto.

Shortly after the group's inception, Alok appointed Kesavan Srinivasan, an industry veteran in technology R&D with patents to his credit, as the CTO of the company.
