The Money Transfer Industry to Converge in Istanbul at IMTC EMEA on May 25-27

MIAMI, May 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- IMTC has announced that UPT and RIA as well as other global money transfer institutions, will be the sponsors of IMTC EMEA 2015, IMTC's inaugural European Conference in Istanbul, May 25 to 27 at the Conrad Istanbul Hotel. Since 2006, IMTC has hosted the world's largest Money Transfer Conferences and Trade Fairs. In its newest Remittance & Development Brief, the World Bank has estimated that remittance flows are expected to slow down in the short term due to lower gas prices which hurts the oil-rich nations and their foreign workers. Global remittances are estimated to rise to $586 billion in 2015 and $636 billion in 2017. The stock of international migrants will surpass 250 million in 2015.
