Vector Consulting Group Enters Into an Engagement With VIP Industries to Build an Agile Supply Chain Using Principles of Theory of Constraints

Vector Consulting Group (VCG), the largest consulting firm in the space of Theory of Constraints consulting in India, has entered into an engagement with VIP Industries Ltd.

Vector Consulting Group will be the implementation partner for transforming the supply chain of VIP using the TOC principles. The solution will help VIP in reducing inventory while improving availability at point of sale. A low inventory model will enable rapid expansion of distribution and retail reach.
