Compugen Announces Purchase of Company Shares by its Board of Directors and Members of Management
HOLON, Israel, March 26, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Compugen Ltd. (NASDAQ: CGEN), a clinical-stage cancer immunotherapy company and leader in predictive target discovery, today announced that its entire board of directors and members of management purchased Company shares on the open market during March 2019.
