G. Willi-Food Announces Resignation of Mr. Michael Luboschitz as CEO

YAVNE, Israel, Jan. 22, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- G. Willi-Food International Ltd. (NASDAQ: WILC) (the "Company" or "Willi-Food"), a global company that specializes in the development, marketing and international distribution of kosher foods, announced today that Mr. Michael Luboschitz submitted notice of his resignation as CEO of the Company for personal reasons, effective as of March 20, 2020.

The Company's Board of Directors thank Mr. Luboschitz for his service and wish him every success in his future endeavors.

The Company is currently searching for a replacement for Mr. Luboschitz as CEO.
