Sophie for ServiceNow brings AI-powered visual automation to the Now Platform, enhancing resolution, reducing costs, and scaling service experiences across field and customer environments

NEW YORK, July 29, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- TechSee, a global leader in visual agentic AI, today announced a strategic partnership with ServiceNow, launching native integration of its flagship platform, Sophie AI, within the Now Platform. Through this collaboration, ServiceNow customers can now embed real-time visual diagnostics, guided automation, and AI-powered visual assistance directly into their ServiceNow workflows - transforming how issues are identified, resolved, and prevented.

TechSee is now a certified ServiceNow partner, with Sophie for ServiceNow soon to be listed on the ServiceNow Store.
