MRSS India held its 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 30th September, 2016, in Bengaluru. Shareholders adopted the audited balance sheet, profit and loss account of the company for the financial year that ended on 31st March 2016, together with the board's and auditors report.

After the Annual General Meeting, Rajendra Kumar Sharma, MRSS India, Chairman stated, "We evaluated the performance for FY15-16 of MRSS India as successful and fruitful. Mr. Rajendra Kumar Sharma, Whole Time Director, MRSS India retired by rotation, was reappointed with the approval of the shareholders. The appointment of M/s R. T. Jain, Chartered Accountants, (Firm Reg. no.103961W), as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting (AGM) till the conclusion of the next AGM of the Company was ratified by the shareholders of the company and consent of the shareholders of the company accorded to double the limits of managerial remuneration.
