How the CentriX Projects are adapting to new customer demands
Traditionally from earlier times, when a corporate needed to get their commercial space build for their office requirements they would either approach an Architect or a Project Manager and get them to give a proposal for their Design or Project Management.

All this began to change during post-liberalization in the early 90s, when foreign design companies began coming into India and started offering Design Build services. With foreign companies being allowed to practice Design Build, Indian architectural companies also followed suit, finding loopholes in the system by taking the project under a different sister concern company. This happened as, by their code of conduct, they were not allowed to take contracts in their name but were only allowed to offer consultancy services.
This brought in a new set of services and companies offering Design Build services for the corporate clients having needs and requirement for building their office.
Architects, Project Managers, Interior Design Companies, Contracting Companies all started offering Design Build services to their clients.
The client went through grimaces with each of these companies as all had a certain skill set and were good at it but failed miserably delivering all round performance.
In came the Abraham Brothers, Archie Abraham and Ashish Abraham, Directors, CentriX Projects offering the General Contracting (GC) model to their clients. In the case with the GC model the client chooses the Architect for design services and the rest of all the services and work are undertaken by the GC company. Why the Abraham Brothers didn't take the design into their gambit was because they felt for a company to offer design services, a different set of skills are required which are completely different from a GC company.
CentriX Projects first went about by identifying all the problems plaguing the industry, and then they went about solving each and every problem through data collected by research and using innovative process and putting in place systems which were unheard of earlier in the industry. For example, 'transparency' was something which was a big issue with clients. The client doesn't get to know what's happening in detail on the contractor's end, as far as schedule, material delivery, resources required to carry out the work, and correct and day-to-day monitoring of the project in terms of time lines, budget, and any variations required in the current scope of the work. So CentriX developed their own Mobile App on the Google PlayStore and Apple App Store that the client could download, and real-time, actual information is shared with the client. CentriX developed a very strong and robust web-based CRM, wherein the client has access to all the information that they want. CentriX were the first to eliminate the reliance on labour intrinsic works and convert it all to factory-finished and automated, so that clients could get better finishing and avoid manual errors. CentriX developed their own standard working, shop drawings, which was one of the huge gap plaguing the industry between the architectural drawings and the work on site.
