According to the Gartner report "The overall Asia Pacific BPO market is forecast to grow steadily to $23.4 billion by 2018, with a 4.7% CAGR between 2013 and 2018. By 2018, the total revenue of the top 10 Asia Pacific BPO providers will exceed the corresponding value in EMEA. The top 10 BPO providers in Asia Pacific had combined revenue of more than $5.9 billion in 2013, out of a total BPO market size of $18.7 billion for 2013."
