The Best Employers 2.0 India 2013 study witnessed participation and collected viewpoints from a sample of 74,000 employees - representing the views of a workforce of over 360,000 employees, and inputs from HR leaders and business heads, spanning 22 industries.
More than 2,000 Aegis employees participated in Aon Hewitt's online survey, resulting in an overall engagement score of 70%, which places Aegis in Aon Hewitt's 'High Performance Range'. Aegis scored well across the Best Employers Study parameters: High Employee Engagement, Compelling Employer Brand, Effective Leadership and Enabling a culture of high performance.
