The survey conducted by 'Great Place To Work® Institute' assessed over 135 companies from the Indian IT-BPM industry through two different lenses: TrustIndex©, employee survey to gather employees' experience at their organization and an assessment of the existing policies and programs, captured through the Culture Audit©.
Aegis was also conferred by Great Place to Work (GPW) Institute in partnership with The Economic Times as one of the 'Best Companies to Work For' in the IT-BPM industry and Unique Company Initiatives and HR Practices.
